This cycle has to do with the importance of making visible the current thought of women through their artistic work that allows us to understand a particular universe, but which consequently derives in the understanding of our historical, social and cultural system.
Three emerging artists from the country worked within the framework of the Yvyrasacha Laboratories, these are their creations:
DANIELA FLORES: “Esencia”
ADIBA ROJAS: “Girar en la Casa Caracola”
CLAUDIA VILLEGAS: “Estaciones”
The premiere of the works is followed by a conversation with the coordination of specially guest artists who, in dialogue with the authors, open up a more in-depth tour of each of the creative processes, works and universes of each case.
The curatorial axis of the project: “Seed – Stem – Fruit”, made the consultancy process for creation focus on proposals for works that emphasized a rigorous investigative process from start to finish; that is to say, that they ensured conceptual and linguistic rigor, from its approach, through the very work of solving the pieces, to its delivery to the public.
As a result of the Laboratory and the Production Process Yvyrasacha presents the following creations:
JORGE ALANIZ: “La Me-Moria”
KATY BUSTILLOS-VILA: “Busqué mi Reflejo y Vi una Casa”
RAISA ENCINAS: “(des)espera”
CLAUDIA EID: “La Casa”
PATRICIA GARCÍA: “Solo-n”
This Festival, an Expanded Performing Arts one, is the closure of the first step of the creation platform headed by Andrea Riera, Diego Aramburo and Luis Daniel Iturralde.
